Each card shows one proposal's lifecycle: candidate, in TWAP window, ready
to resolve, or resolved. Reads from the active futarchy's
FAOFutarchyFactory, FAOTwapResolver, and
ConditionalTokens live from Sepolia.
Calls FAOFutarchyFactory.createProposal(...) on the active
instance. Costs ~0.002 ETH on Sepolia. Promotion (creates pools + starts
TWAP window) is admin-only — operator runs it via the auto-promote daemon.
